What you will find
Paths framed by flowers, colorful arrangements, and gardens that change with the seasons give this permanent venue in Bajo Boquete its distinctive character. Although it is best known as the home of the Feria Internacional de las Flores y del CafĂ© each January, the fairgrounds remain in place throughout the year and also host exhibitions and other local activities. During the annual fair, the grounds reach their most elaborate presentation. The gardens are prepared with themed designs, while handicrafts, agricultural products, plants, food, and cultural performances become part of the visit. This is when travelers can most clearly experience Boquete's connection with floriculture, coffee, and the productive traditions of ChiriquĂ. Outside the main fair, the appearance of the gardens, available activities, and entry conditions may vary according to maintenance and the Patronato's schedule. Visitors should therefore confirm whether the grounds are open to the public and which exhibition is taking place before arriving.

The annual fair in January is when the gardens display their most complete designs and when the largest number of activities, stalls, and cultural performances are available. Before visiting outside the fair season, contact the Patronato to confirm whether the gardens are open and whether an exhibition or event is scheduled. The grounds are permanent, but this does not mean that every area is open daily. During busy events, allow additional time to find parking and use only the entrances designated by the organizers. Avoid parking in unauthorized areas or blocking nearby residential streets. Most of the visit takes place outdoors. Bring protection from light rain or sun according to the forecast, and wear comfortable shoes for walking along the paths and exhibition areas. Do not enter restricted garden beds or touch the floral arrangements. Admission fees, schedules, activities, and entry conditions change with each event. Confirm current information rather than relying on prices or opening hours from previous editions.
How to find it
The fairgrounds are located in Bajo Boquete, beside the Caldera River and near the town center. Follow local signs for the Feria de las Flores y del Café. During the annual fair and other well-attended events, traffic diversions, controlled entrances, and changes to parking areas may be introduced. Confirm in advance which pedestrian or vehicle entrance is operating. The exact coordinates of the main public entrance are pending verification.
